Borden Parker graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1966 with an AB and 1969 with a JD from the University’s School of Law. After spending four years in the U. S. Army JAG Corps, he returned to Goldsboro as a solo practitioner until he joined the firm in 1978.
A native of Goldsboro, Borden has been the Wayne County attorney since 1975 and has represented other government agencies. He also represents Greene County.
Borden is an elder in the First Presbyterian Church.
